THE THE RELEVANCE OF THE MILITARY POLICE OF PARANÁ (PMPR) ON STATE BORDER PUBLIC SAFETY

Abstract

The reason about this paper developments were a series of recent events that questioned the Legitimacy And the necessity of such a Specialized Border Patrol State-Level Unit inside Parana State. Due to this questions, a lot of rumors were spread inside the Border Police Battalion (BPFRON), these rumors became the authors purpose about producing this very own paper. The main point is that this paper to be able to clarify some elements, bringing light over the scientifical research, that compose the view from inside about the legitimation and the necessity of this Unit inside the Paraná Public Safety System. So, this science research was made using theoretical and practical knowledge, distributed from the Introduction, the Initial Considerations and Concepts, the elucidation about the Parana-State Border Police Specialized Unit, and the Final Considerations.
