RESULTADOS OPERACIONAIS OBTIDOS POR UNIDADES ESTADUAIS ESPECIALIZADAS EM POLICIAMENTO DE FRONTEIRA NO PERÍODO DE 2017 A 2021 E SEUS REFLEXOS NA SEGURANÇA PÚBLICA BRASILEIRA A NÍVEL NACIONAL.

Abstract

Beyond the following study, there is the objective to show the operational results obtained by some of the actual specialized border units in Brazil who is maintained by Brazilian States, so we can use the following showed results to create a indicator that bring the importance of these structures as public organizations focused in the national border security, in safety feeling and also as a part of the border communities public safety system and the relevance of this to the whole national public safety system, because the border areas are considered as important ways to deliver illegal goods such as weapons, drugs and contraband in national or international territories. These goods are used as a profit source for criminal organizations all over the country, bringing direct effects to crimes against the patrimony, life and public health. What we pretend to enforce is the importance of being well structured the already existing Specialized Units and to incentivize the adoption of public policies that enforces the borders and state limits, after the discussion of this theme in national environment through the National  Border Security Strategy (ENAFRON), the Integrated Border Protection Program (PPIF) and the Single Public Safety System (SUSP), mechanisms that came to facilitate the integration and the security forces actions in National Borders, respecting the constitutional duties of each organization and its regional characteristics, to do so, it were collected actions and operations data of five border patrolling specialized units, this data were compared and it was made a sum to estimate the number of illegal goods that couldn't been illegally transported by Brazilian borders thanks to the action of Public State-Organizations of the Paraná, Goiás, Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso do Sul e Acre states. Our main focus, to fight against criminal border organizations is to deliver this organizations financial impacts by interdicting illegal cargoes, preventing these cargoes to cause impacts in various Brazilian regions, also by integrated actions between federal, state and municipal organizations.
